James Bond Dr. Julius No Teddy Bear - Numbered Edition - By Steiff

Dr. Julius No, the first Bond villain, is immortalised in teddy form, in this first in a series of 007 adversaries bears. Made in a series of just 1,962 pieces, the James Bond Dr. Julius No Teddy Bear - Numbered Edition - By Steiff captures the features and iconic style of the formidable scientist and top SPECTRE operative. Who will be the next villain in the Steiff series?

Backstory. From a secret lair in Crab Key, Jamaica, Dr. No sabotages American rocket tests until 007 intervenes.

Details. Inspired by the film character, the bear has smooth, short hair and finely sculpted features. With black glossy hand pads and a bold stand up collar, he has a white suited body and footpads in honour of Dr. No's classic Crab Key look. One footpad is embroidered with the 007 and Dr. No logos. Each bear has the iconic Steiff ear button and comes with a numbered certificate in a dotty collector's box. This is not a toy and is intended for adult collectors only.

Care. Carefully surface wash your bear with a damp cloth, taking care not to get him too wet. Do not wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

About the maker. Founded in 1880, Steiff invented the Teddy bear in 1902. This was the world's first bear with moveable arms and legs and is the basis of the bear today. Every single part of a Steiff bear continues to be sewn by hand and the Company remain in their original buildings in Germany. Every Steiff Teddy bear proudly wears a button in ear (Knopf Im Orh) as a distinguishing mark, ensuring its authenticity.
