SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

 

Once you have completed your order, we aim to ship your package as swiftly as possible. Our shipping services are based on weight and destination and are listed in full below. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to settle in our systems. We strive to have all orders delivered within 7-10 days via standard or free shipping methods (When Available). Once an order leaves our facility we are unable to guarantee the shippers delivery date. FedEx guarantees 2 day and Overnight shipments. We do not process orders on holidays or weekends. This includes orders being sent 2nd Day and Next Day delivery.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO box addresses and due to safety restrictions we cannot ship fragrances outside of the US. When placing an order for multiple items, be aware that this will be shipped in one package. Therefore, if your order contains an item that is is listed as "pre-order" it will be shipped once the pre-order item is in stock - the dispatch date will be based on the last item to arrive. If you want to avoid this, please place separate orders for your pre-order items. Allow approximately 3-7 working days for shipments within the lower 48 states in the United States and 5 to 14 working day for shipments to the Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada. These times are not guaranteed and may be longer to certain destinations.

 Please note, these do not include local customs fees, which apply to countries outside the U.S.  

U.S. 

• Standard Service 7-10 business days, Monday-Friday, excludes holidays. This is measured from the day the order ships from our warehouse - not from the order date Items may be shipped by a few different carriers and will arrive via the U.S. Postal Servic.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam) 
• For Shipping Costs, please add your items to the cart and enter your mailing address. Your shipping cost will be added to your order for you to confirm.

 

CANADA

• For international orders, please be aware that customs charges and applicable taxes do apply and are not included in the shipping charges. If you are returning an item, please refer to our returns policy. Customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. 
• For Shipping Costs, please add your items to the cart and enter your mailing address. Your shipping cost will be added to your order for you to confirm.
• For orders shipping to destinations outside the lower 48 Continental United States: Customs charges, taxes, duties, and any other applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable. Such charges will be required to be paid by the customer to their taxing authority before the shipment will be released. Customers must supply phone numbers so that the taxing authority can contact them prior to releasing the shipment. If you are returning an item, please refer to our returns policy, and again note that such charges are non-refundable.

 

Standard Service

• Allow 48 hours for processing
• Ground rates into Canada
• Brokerage fee may apply
• We are not responsible for any delays due to an order being held up in Canadian customs

 

Express Service

• No P.O. Boxes - FedEx does not deliver to P.O Boxes
• Allow 48 hours for processing
• 2 - 3 business days (measured from the day the order ships from our warehouse - not the order date)  - most in-stock orders will ship within 48 hours.
• No weekend delivery
• We are not responsible for any delays due to an order being held up in Canadian customs

 

FedEx INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING

• NO P.O. Boxes - FedEx does not deliver to P.O Boxes
• Allow 48 hours for processing
• Delivery time: 5 - 7 business days (depending on country and order is measured from the day the order ships from our warehouse - not the order date). Most in-stock orders will ship within 48 hours.
• No weekend delivery

Also note, usa.007store.com is not responsible for any delays in the aforementioned 5 - 7 day transit time due to an order being held up in customs.

usa.007Store.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept check or money orders or COD orders. All funds are payable in U.S. dollars. We do not accept other currencies.

 

Additional Shipping Services Information

 

We have a range of options for you to choose from. Please note the following points when making your choice:

• Pre-ordered items will not ship until the release date - this date is listed on the product description page
• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing
• Express orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next business day
• For Shipping Costs, please add your items to the cart and enter your mailing address. Your shipping cost will be added to your order for you to confirm.

 

Customs Fees

 

If you are ordering outside of the United States, your order will probably be charged additional customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) when it arrives. The shipping rates do not include the customs fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

usa.007store.com has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
